Eva Lazova joined the team at Risteski Law Office in 2023 and has since been providing legal support to domestic and international clients across a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law, providing her with a strong academic foundation in corporate governance, commercial transactions, and business regulation. Within the firm, Eva is actively engaged in debt collection and enforcement proceedings, helping clients recover outstanding claims through efficient legal strategies and legal procedures.

Her practice also includes company incorporation, corporate changes and registrations before the Central Registry of North Macedonia, as well as legal assistance in matters concerning intellectual and industrial property rights, including trademark registration and other industrial property procedures.

In addition, Eva supports clients in various aspects of corporate administration, regulatory compliance, contract drafting and review, and day-to-day business operations. Her practical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to client service enable her to provide effective legal support tailored to the needs of businesses and entrepreneurs.
